Those recipients may use that information to contact you about your enquiry and offer relevant brokerage services.

Your consent is limited to the purposes described when you select “YES”. It does not extend to unrelated uses or other forms of marketing unless these are expressly included in the consent you provide.

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing communications about our services where permitted by law. Any use or disclosure for direct marketing purposes must comply with APP 7 and other applicable marketing laws.

You may withdraw your consent to future disclosures or opt out of marketing communications at any time, without charge, by:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect disclosures lawfully made before your withdrawal. If your information has already been shared with a partner broker or brokerage, you may contact them directly to withdraw consent to further marketing, or ask us to pass that request on your behalf.

Referrals to partner brokers and other brokerages

Where you select “YES” to a be contacted by a partner broker, or otherwise give express consent, you authorise us to disclose your name, contact details and relevant information about your business or enquiry to the partner brokers or other brokerages identified when your consent is obtained. This may include brokerages specialising in your business type, industry or location.

You agree that those recipients may use that information to contact you, discuss your requirements and offer brokerage services relevant to your enquiry. We will limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the referral. Any disclosure for ongoing marketing purposes will be subject to clause 5.

You may withdraw your consent to future referrals at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not retrospectively invalidate disclosures already lawfully made. Recipient brokers and brokerages handle personal information under their own privacy policies and applicable privacy laws.

Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or business restructuring, we may disclose or transfer personal information to a successor or assignee, subject to applicable privacy laws and appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
